30. Williams Water Wall

If you've never visited the Williams Water Wall near the Galleria in Houston, here's your chance to do so and in a romantic way. I suggest packing a picnic including a battery operated candle (check Walgreens or Target), set up shop close to the wall and enjoy a secluded dinner - just the two of you.
